Following a client´s brief, a team is formed at the agency and makes a time schedule of the execution of a given task and describes its particular steps which then lead to drafts of solution. The steps are subsequently executed. Supervising mechanisms are determined to check the correctness of the suggested solution. The agency staff meet the client regularly over the results of the checks and there is a common evaluation. If needed, necessary corrections of the solution are suggested and afterwards carried out.
